Audits
Our practical, knowledgeable and understanding approach supports businesses review and further develop practices rather than simply pointing out what’s wrong.
“Great trainer, detailed descriptions and overall subject knowledge. A lot was learnt and the delivery of this (First Aid at Work) played a significant role. I loved that we were only a class of 3, it allowed for more in depth questions and learning. I really enjoyed frst aid this time! I have increased understanding and confidence in responding to situations that require first aid. 10/10″

“The trainer was brilliant, using real life incidents and stores as examples really helped me to learn and remember. The training was really engaging with lots of time for questions which were answered fully. I feel more confident in practicing first aid now than i did on my last course.”

How do we undertake audits?
Health and safety audits are undertaken for a variety of different reasons and may involve all or part of an organisations health and safety management system.
In most cases an audit is divided into three separate parts:
- A review of physical documentation
- Conversations with staff
- A review of the workplace or equipment
An audit might be undertaken using a standard document template, a template adapted to meet the specific requirements of an organisation or against specified objectives, such as existing health and safety policy documentation.
We will provide a copy of our audit checklist which contains information on the types of document we would require access to whether held electronically or in hard copy.
Is some instances we might, at a client’s request, undertake a desktop audit. In most cases we’ll then arrange a convenient time to attend site, review documentation and meet with relevant members of staff and meet with clients at the end of the day to summarise our findings.
We will provide you with a final copy of your audit. This contains an overview of your organisation, a recommended list of actions where non-conformances or improvements are advised and a more detailed summary of our findings. This document will be provided as a PDF.
