How do we approach oxygen administration training?
Our course programme employs a variety of teaching techniques to meet the needs of individual delegates and includes the following:
- Basic anatomy and physiology
- The use of oxygen in resuscitation
- The safe administration of oxygen to a casualty
- The contraindications of oxygen administration
- The safe storage and handling of oxygen
- This course also includes practical scenarios involving the administration use of oxygen
Owing to the practical nature of this course a basic level of general fitness is required. Delegates must be physically able to carry out the procedures detailed in the course outline. Should you have any questions relating to the accessibility of this course please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
This course is of 2-3 hours (half day) duration.
What should you expect from Acorn Health & Safety?
We’ll provide delegates with a variety of printed course materials and handouts. On successful completion of this course delegates will receive a printed course certificate.
Post course our team of consultants and trainers are available to answer any questions you might have. You’ll also receive an automatic reminder prior to course expiry.
