We’re pleased to report that Acorn Health and Safety have had our SMAS and ISO 9001:2015 certifications renewed for another year.

SMAS
SMAS, which stands for Safety Management Advisory Service, is a Health & Safety accreditation, recognised as the UK’s leading SSIP member scheme.

It sits in the company of other leading schemes, such as CHAS, SafeContractor and ConstructionLine, and demonstrates that a business has met the required health and safety standards according to the SSIP Core Criteria.

By having this accreditation, you can rest assured that we are a safe business to team up with – as you would expect from a leading Health and Safety training and consultancy provider.

Our certification is updated on an annual basis through a regular independent audit, giving you peace of mind that our health & safety management systems are always up to date and follow the latest guidance and advice, which in turn reduces any risks to our customers and delegates.

 

 ISO 9001:2015
We’ve also had our ISO 9001:2015 certification renewed.

ISO 9001 is the International Standard for Quality Management Systems and is one of the most used management tools across the world.

It is designed to help organisations ensure that they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders. This is achieved by having a framework in place that helps ensure consistent quality in the provision of our services.

In short, it demonstrates that we are customer-focused and committed to delivering a high-quality service to our customers.
