How do I add or amend delegates to courses?
The page to add delegates can be reached by clicking on “book courses” and the “my orders” tab, then clicking on the relevant button beside the relevant course. The full instructions can be found here
How do I change my delegate’s details?
If you have created a delegate and their information is incorrect please contact Acorn directly
Why is my account not set to allow on account purchases?
On account purchases can only be done by people within your company who have been assigned the role “company manager”. On account purchases must be approved in advance by the Acorn admin team. If you believe your account is eligible for on account purchases, please contact Acorn directly
Where can I download my certificate?
The full instructions can be found here however please note that Qualsafe and IOSH courses are marked by a separate governing body, so certificates of that type will not be available on the Portal.
I’ve forgotten my password. How do I login?
Click here to to reset your password. If you have a portal account, an email will be sent to your email address, with instructions how to reset your password and login.
