In light of COVID-19, the steps you should take when performing CPR have changed – but the need to perform CPR has not. Click here to view our guidance for what you should do in the event of a person suffering cardiac arrest. Current advice is to still give CPR with additional safety measures in place. 3 times a year we host a FREE 2 hour infant and child resuscitation course which is open to anyone interested in learning these valuable and potentially lifesaving skills. Our course programme employs a variety of teaching techniques to meet the needs of individual delegates and includes resuscitation, choking and unconsciousness.

Whether you’ve learnt CPR before so looking for a refresher course, or have never had any CPR training, you have the opportunity to learn CPR and gain the skills and confidence to help if someone collapses and stops breathing normally. It is important to quickly call 999, perform hands-only CPR and use a defibrillator. This gives everyone the best chance of surviving.
