We are thrilled to announce that the much awaited first part of the new booking process for people wanting to book places on our open courses is now live!
The portal not only enables customers to be able to book places on our open courses via our website, but also manage those bookings. For example, if they need to change delegates names, allow them to see the delegates certificates (once payment has been received – some will have to pay by card, but we can also set up customers to pay on account/invoice), see all their delegates who have had training, retrieve copy invoices to name just a few features.
We are currently in the process of adding all the remaining of 2024 and all 2025 open courses onto the portal so please bear with us whilst we continue this project. If you can’t see an upcoming date for a course you need, please do contact us for availability. It could just be that we haven’t got that far along the calendar yet but we promise we’re working on it and we are very excited to show you all our fantastic new portal which is going to transform the way you manage Health & Safety.
